Gosh! Just realised how long this blog has not been updated. Sorry everyone who has been waiting for me to update. Just didn't have the time to update. Been super busy. Uni life is so BUSY! Who hasn't watched 2012? Here is what i'll tell you! It is a MUST-WATCH. Damn nice :D I love it so much. Hehe. Btw, i'm singing on Saturday! :)) Will post photos on that, definitely. Yeh. Fresher's Ball 2009♥

3rd October 2009!
I went to the Fresher's Ball with Mich.
We went on the Wheel.
It was so fast and scary.
We were actually screaming until the ride ended.
After that we went in as it was getting cold.
Met up with Mich's coursemates inside.
It was awesome!♥

Went to a Chinese Supermarket with Mich and Jeremy today.

It was so nice.

All my favourite food were sold there.

I bought preserved bamboo shoots and rabbit sweets.

I love rabbit sweets♥

And it is mooncake festival today.

I miss my family.

Especially my grandpa and grandma :(

Couldn't celebrate Mooncake Festival with them.

*Sob*

After that we went to have Dim Sun for lunch.
Haven't had really nice chinese meal for more than a month.

Hunstanton, King's Lynn

Drove up to King's Lynn from Cambridge.

It took us 1 hour to reach King's Lynn.

We went to Hunstanton to have Fish and Chips.

It was a really nice dinner.

Cambridge

Went down to Cambridge for a day.

It was a 3 hours drive down South.

I had motion sickness again. Grrr!!

What a tummy.

Went sight seeing for 1 hour.

But we only saw part of Cambridge.

As we need to drive to King's Lynn for the traditional Fish and Chips!!xD

Will continue exploring Cambridge some other time. Tee hee!

York

Went on a day trip to York with my relatives.

It is like a city inside a huge fort.

With all the walls which might be few thousand years old surrounding the city.

We visited the famous York Minster, which is a very large Cathedral.

North Yorkshire

Went to stay with my relatives for a few days.
The weather there was a few degrees cooler than Leeds.
Which explains the thickness of the clothes i'm wearing in North Yorkshire compared to Leeds(:
The air there was so fresh and cool.
I went up to the crag(big stones on top of the hill) to see the view of the valley.
It was so beautiful.

Intro Party

21st Spetember 2009.
One of the events for Fresher's Week is the Intro Party that i went to last night.
I also got a wrist band with coupons of free shots and vodka red bull at Revolution.
But it got torn off afterwards. :/
Nevermind that. Haha.
We got to see S Club Live.
They were only on stage at 1.30am.
That's the only reason we squeezed with the crowd in the Refec.
It was so packed and hot in there.

1st week in Leeds

Orientation was on the 17th and 18th of September.
There were many activities going on in uni.
I went to a Quiz Night in the Student's Union Welcome Tent last Friday night.
There was also a game of making the tallest giraffe.
Our group made a very funny looking giraffe that couldn't stand.
Haha!
After that we went to a Fruity Disco in the Student's Union.
I also took photos of my flat.
It is a really nice place.
On the 20th was Ujeza, my Swedish friend's, birthday.
We went to her house to cook dinner and celebrate b4 going to the Welcome Party.

I reached Leeds today at around 2pm,
which is 9pm in Miri.
Missed the train the night b4 due to the MAS airline delay.
4 freaking hours!
Stayed one night in London.
I had motion sickness during the ride to Leeds.
It was horrible. stupid tummy :/
I'm now having dim sum for dinner.
I miss everyone in Miri.
Especially my lovely family and my dear♥
